Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2026: Campaign Terms

For each eligible order from our U.S. store, Maison Artsen donates $1 (USD) to the French nonprofit Ruban Rose. Orders from our French store contribute €1 each. The campaign is limited to the first 100 eligible orders across both stores, with a total cap of €100 after currency conversion.

1. Organizer and beneficiary

The campaign is organized by Maison Artsen, a brand of Aseng, a French SAS company registered with the Paris trade register under number 989 966 213, with its registered office at 39 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, France.

The beneficiary is Ruban Rose, a French nonprofit association registered under the French law of July 1, 1901, with registration number W952000319. Its official website is cancerdusein.org.

2. Campaign dates

The campaign covers eligible orders placed from October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., inclusive. All dates and times use Paris time (Europe/Paris), including the October daylight saving time change. These are not U.S. local times.

3. Eligible orders and donation amount

An eligible order is an order successfully placed and paid for during the campaign period on maisonartsen.fr or maison-artsen.com. Unsubmitted carts, failed payments, and test orders do not qualify.

Maison Artsen sets aside $1 (USD) for each eligible order on maison-artsen.com, our U.S. store, and €1 for each eligible order on maisonartsen.fr, our French store. This does not depend on the order value or number of items. The contribution is determined by the store used, not the display language. The donation is per order, not per item. Orders count in the order in which payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Overall limit: 100 orders and €100

Only the first 100 eligible orders across both stores count toward the donation. The total equals €1 for each qualifying French-store order plus the euro equivalent of $1 (USD) for each qualifying U.S.-store order, up to a maximum of €100 for the entire campaign.

This is one shared limit across both websites, all languages, and all participating markets. It is not a daily, per-customer, or per-country limit. If fewer than 100 orders qualify, the donation equals the combined contributions from those eligible orders. Once the limit is reached, additional orders do not generate further donations under this campaign, even if October has not ended.

U.S. dollar contributions are converted to euros at the exchange rate applied when the donation is transferred to Ruban Rose. Maison Artsen covers any conversion or transfer fees; those fees are not deducted from the contribution, subject to the €100 overall cap. The final donation in euros may therefore be less than €100 even if 100 orders qualify.

5. Donation deadline

Maison Artsen will transfer the funds to Ruban Rose within 14 calendar days after the campaign ends, and no later than November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Paris time.

Maison Artsen will retain proof of the donation. To request confirmation of the amount and transfer date, contact info@maisonartsen.fr.

6. No added charge and your consumer rights

The donation is funded by Maison Artsen. No additional charge is added to your order for this campaign. Your purchase is not a donation made by you to the nonprofit, and no charitable tax receipt will be issued in your name for this campaign.

The campaign does not change the prices, terms of sale, warranties, or applicable cancellation and refund rights for your order. Our terms of sale and return policy continue to apply.

7. What the asterisk means

The asterisk (*) next to “$1 donated per order” and equivalent wording refers to these terms, including the campaign dates, order eligibility, and the €100 overall donation limit.
