Where we ship
We ship to the countries offered at checkout (country selector on the payment page).

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours.
Our products are made to order. Production and delivery then take an estimated 6 to 12 working days, depending on the destination, the delivery service and transport conditions.
In any event, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after your order confirmation.

Carriers
Parcels are shipped by several delivery services in France and internationally, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, the weight and size of the parcel and current promotions. In every case, the applicable costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order, on a separate line from the price of the products. Free-delivery thresholds and tracked options are shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes
Everything is included in the price you pay. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel is delivered.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to every customer as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Delays and lost parcels
If your delivery is late, please contact our customer service so that we can find a suitable solution.
If the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will send you a new parcel or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in.

No collection in person
Collection in person is not available: every order is shipped by post or courier.
