Where we ship
We ship to the countries offered at checkout (country selector on the payment page).

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Our products are made to order in China. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
In any event, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after your order confirmation.

Carriers
Packages ship from our workshop in China with several carriers, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, the weight and size of the package and current promotions. In every case, the applicable costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order, on a separate line from the price of the products. Free shipping thresholds and tracked shipping options are shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes
Everything is included in the price you pay. There is nothing extra to pay when your package is delivered.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to every customer as soon as the package is shipped.

Delays and lost packages
If your delivery is late, please contact our customer service so that we can find a suitable solution.
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost, we will send you a new package or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in.

No pickup in person
Pickup in person is not available: every order is shipped by mail or courier.
