The graphic design from your photo is FREE. Just follow the steps below:

1) Choose your size, frame option, and number of colors. For a photo with lots of detail, we recommend at least the 36-color option for the best result.

2) Upload your photo using the button on our product page, and place your order as usual.

What's in the box:

• 1 numbered linen canvas personalized with your photo, rolled or stretched on a wooden frame
• All the acrylic paints matched to your photo's colors
• 3 nylon brushes in assorted sizes
• 2 screws + 2 hooks for wall mounting

- The photo should be sharp and high enough resolution.

- A plain background will make your subject stand out.

3) Our graphic designer will check that your photo quality is good enough.

4) Once your photo is approved, our workshop starts creating your custom paint-by-numbers art kit.

You'll then receive your fully personalized kit at home, with the numbered canvas and paint pots matched to your photo's colors.

Our kits are printed and made to order.

This lets us guarantee top quality on every canvas, but it also means lead times can vary slightly with order volume.

Because each kit is custom-made to your specifications, it cannot be returned or refunded once your order is confirmed.

Please provide a good-quality image (high resolution, good lighting, plenty of detail) for the best result.
