"Spin to Win" Game Rules

Article 1. Organizer
The "Spin to Win" game (the "Game") is run by Aseng, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 966 213, with its registered office at 39 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, France (the "Organizer"), publisher of the websites maisonartsen.fr and maison-artsen.com (the "Site").

Article 2. Participation
Participation in the Game is free, and no purchase is necessary. It is open to any adult individual visiting the Site. The Participant agrees to provide a valid email address that belongs to them. Only one entry is accepted per person (same name, same email address, same household).

Article 3. How to Participate
To participate, the Participant enters their email address in the "Spin to Win" module displayed on the Site, then spins the wheel. The result is determined randomly by the system from among the prizes described in Article 4. The Game is guaranteed "100% winning": every Participant wins one of the prizes offered.

Article 4. Prizes
The prizes at stake are spread equally across the wheel and are as follows:

  • A 10% discount code valid on the Site
  • A 15% discount code valid on the Site
  • A €20 discount code valid on the Site
  • A free set of brushes

The terms of use for the prize won (validity period, any minimum order amount, conditions for combining with other current offers) are set out in the confirmation email sent to the Participant at the end of the Game.

Article 5. Awarding and Delivery of Prizes
The code or benefit won is sent by email to the address provided by the Participant. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any error in the email address provided by the Participant, or for non-receipt of the prize for any reason beyond its control (spam filter, typing error, etc.).

Article 6. Personal Data
The email address collected as part of the Game is processed by the Organizer for the purpose of managing the Game and, subject to the Participant's consent, for marketing communications. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Participant has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their data, as well as the right to unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Article 7. Liability
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify or shorten the Game, in particular in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring any liability as a result. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any malfunction of the internet network or of the Participant's hardware or software, or for any other technical problem preventing the Game from running properly.

Article 8. Fraud
Any fraud or attempted fraud, in particular any multiple entry by the same Participant using devious methods (false identities, multiple email addresses, etc.), will result in the permanent exclusion of the person responsible and the cancellation of their entry, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken against them.
